Silver Provider Membership

What a provider payment buys
Payment is for platform access, provider-controlled profile features, plan-based profile positioning, and—when included in the selected plan—eligibility for administrator-reviewed introductions. It is not a purchase of family data, a per-lead fee, or a guarantee of introductions, ranking, territory, sales, revenue, availability, family selection, or outcome.
Onboarding, payment, and activation
A Provider may proceed to secure payment during onboarding after the initial application is saved. Payment is followed by provider login, profile completion, verification and quality-assurance gates. A completed payment alone does not create Verified status, publish unreviewed claims, or enable family-request access. Applications that do not pass automated verification remain in the administrator exception queue.
Annual renewal
Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Verified Listing are annual recurring plans and renew at the then-disclosed annual price unless canceled before renewal. Founder is a one-time lifetime plan and does not renew. The annual price, renewal terms, and cancellation method are disclosed before checkout. Material changes will be disclosed prospectively. Applicable taxes may be added where required.
Payment processing and card data
Stripe processes checkout and payment credentials under Stripe’s terms and privacy practices. After Life Care Hub does not store full card or bank-account numbers in WordPress. Test-mode checkout does not create a live charge. Live payments are processed only through the production Stripe configuration when the site is operating in Live mode.
