After Life Advisors LLC
Terms of Use
These terms govern use of AfterLifeCareHub.com by families, visitors, and businesses.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using AfterLifeCareHub.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Provider participation, payment, and access are also subject to the Provider Participation Agreement, Payment and Membership Disclosures, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Provider Standards.
2. What the Site provides
The Site offers educational resources, planning tools, a provider directory, and a way for a family to request introductions to relevant providers. After Life Advisors LLC operates the Site and administers provider participation. The Site does not provide medical, legal, financial, funeral, insurance, counseling, or emergency services.
3. No professional advice or emergency response
Site content is general information and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. For an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service. You are responsible for evaluating a provider’s credentials, pricing, availability, insurance, and suitability before hiring or relying on that provider.
4. Directory and provider status
A directory listing is a starting point, not an endorsement. “Claimed,” “Verified,” “Member,” and “Founder” have the meanings described in the Provider Standards. A paid plan does not replace verification and does not guarantee quality, availability, results, territory, revenue, placement, or selection by a family.
5. Family requests and introductions
Family contact information is shared only according to the family’s request and consent. Administrator-reviewed introductions may be limited to a small number of relevant providers. Providers do not purchase family data, and the Site does not promise that a request will become a customer relationship.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, scrape or harvest personal information, bypass access controls, submit false information, impersonate another person or business, upload malicious code, interfere with the Site, or use family-request information for unrelated marketing, resale, or redistribution.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend access to protect families, providers, the Site, or the public.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, branding, original content, software, and compilation of materials are owned by or licensed to After Life Advisors LLC. Limited personal or internal business use is permitted. No other license is granted. Provider-submitted content remains owned by the provider, subject to the license in the Provider Participation Agreement.
9. Third-party services and links
Third-party websites, payment processing, and provider services are governed by their own terms and practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, acts, omissions, or transactions.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free information, provider performance, or a particular outcome.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, After Life Advisors LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions, services, or disputes involving an independent provider. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material provider-payment changes will be presented before a new purchase or renewal. You may stop using the public Site at any time. Provider cancellation is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and Provider Participation Agreement.
13. Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through written notice. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Seminole County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms and the policies incorporated by reference are the complete agreement for public use of the Site. Provider-specific agreements control if they conflict with these general terms.
